New Session Styles!



To celebrate our rebranding, this month we will have some new session styles for you to try. The first being Relax-ilates!

Relax-ilates is a session designed for both physical and mental well-being. A Pilates workout with a focus on deep stretching, concluding with a 10 minute guided meditation.

The perfect workout to aid those carrying physical tension and/or mental stress.

Relax-ilates can be booked using your existing packages, so jump onto the app now and book in for our first session to be held on Monday 8th of August at 6pm. Session availability is limited so book now to avoid missing out!
